Service providers

These are the companies that handle personal information on our behalf to run Avowgate. We keep this list current and will update this page before we add a provider that handles your information.

| Vultr | Hosts the application, its database and server logs (United States). | Everything the Service stores: account details, your content, technical logs. |
| Backblaze (B2 storage) | Stores nightly backups of the database and configuration. We keep about 14 days of backups. | A copy of the database (account details and your content). |
| Resend | Delivers the emails the Service sends: confirmation, password reset, invitations, and notices of contact messages. | Email addresses and the text of those emails. |
| Cloudflare | Provides DNS for avowgate.com and forwards email sent to our contact address to the operator's mailbox. Website traffic does not pass through Cloudflare. | DNS lookups for our domain; and the emails sent to our contact address (sender, subject and text) while they are forwarded. No account or product content. |
| Google (Gmail) | Holds the operator's mailbox, which receives the email sent to our contact address. | The emails you send us and the replies. |
We keep our source code on GitHub. No customer content is stored there.
